Shady Shack Ice Cream and Grill — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

So to be fair, it's a very cute place. Clean bathrooms, outdoor seating and comfy eating area. Got a burger and it was ok but not much seasoning in the meat / Semi plain. Unfortunately my husband ordered the 6 piece chicken finger with Fries ($22.59 Ouch🫠) and for some reason he just did not like them nor could eat them. We thought it was the sauce and the person in charged offered to retoss them in more frank red hot which my husband likes but after even that, he still could not bare to eat them. Turns out the panko breading is just ready sweet and has odd seasoning in it??? I hope maybe they change the breading in the future cause it's just got a weird flavor. We were planning to have the people coming to town visit here next week....but with the price, the kinda snarky comment that we "should just not order the chicken fingers again" before we left...I think we will go somewhere else and save money for food we can actually eat. Super disappointed in this place. Decided to try for the first time, and not sure we'll be back. Came in at 8:15p and ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 cups of ice cream. My partner asked for a lid on his ice cream cup and the guy smashed a lid on and ice cream was busting out of the seam leaking everywhere. While we waited for our food at 8:30 they were closing up shop and they don't close till 9. Putting the chairs on tables, taking away all the napkins and Condiments, mopping the floors around our feet, etc. We didn't even have our food yet and everything was taken away. At about 8:45 the guy tells us they close in 10 mins did we need something - I said yeah our food!!
