Cake Crazy Bakery — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

The owner is SOOO TALENTED & FRIENDLY with SOOO MANY D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S OPTIONS to choose from that stopping by her bakery was the BEST decision I could have made after a long day at work (sans dinner). I ordered the large & SATISFYING BBQ pulled pork sandwich w/coleslaw served on Costanzo roll, butternut squash soup (her own recipe) w/candied pecans (I requested them in a separate container since I wasn't eating soup right away), 3 cookies (peanut butter, chocolate chip & white chocolate macadamia) & 3 cupcakes (red velvet, strawberry crunch, triple chocolate). I only had a certain amount of calories left for that day so I ate the sandwich & a peanut butter cookie. Both were exceptional. I had the soup for lunch the next day and it was also exceptional (I appreciated the perfect combination of spices she used)! I've had the pleasure of tasting her cupcakes/cookies in the past and since I know they freeze well I individually wrapped, labeled & froze the remainder for a rainy day :D She mentioned she likes to change which sandwiches & soups she offers so I am very much looking forward to my next...

I am from NC, and I was trying to find a bakery in the Buffalo area to make a special cake for my dad's 60th birthday party. I was nervous as I was trying to plan this remotely not knowing for sure what I was going to get.

I picked Cake Crazy Bakery because of their awesome pics on their website. I knew based on the pics that they could pull off what we wanted. They were friendly and seemed excited to work on the cake.

When I saw the cake, I was SO impressed. It was amazing and exactly what we wanted. Everyone absolutely loved it at the party and had no idea it was a cake. The best part... It tasted amazing. This is not the first time I've ordered a specialty cake like this, and I can tell you, most of the time if the cake is great looking, it's usually not going to taste great. However, this cake tasted awesome. It was one of the best cakes I've had. It was moist and the icing tasted great.

Went into the bakery to inquire about a 2 tier cake to serve only my fiance and I at our wedding. The only information provided by the unenthused person at the counter was I can get an 8" cake and a 6" cake. I showed her the types of designs I was interested in and all she said for each picture was that will be $185, that will be $240, that will be $225. That was it! No other details were given explaining anything. I was told because its only a 2 tier cake they won't deliver to the reception. This was my first bakery I stopped at to inquire about a wedding cake. Since this is my first time inquiring about a wedding cake I didn't really know what to ask. Poor customer service/sales. I went to sweet beginnings bakery after that as my second inquiry-wow! It was a better experience than this place and they will deliver a 2 tier cake to the reception!. Won't be giving my business to Cake Crazy. They don't budge to help in any...
