Master Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cheektowaga

My sister called owner about an inquiry to use overflow room for a group of people. My Mother passed away and needed it for an hour to eat for immediate family in between viewings at funeral home. Owner was extremely rude and explained he had bad luck in the past of people trashing room and was not worth his time. He told her if we wanted to order pizza we could but he did not want us staying in the restaurant and we would have to take it out and find somewhere else to eat. Without being able to respond he hung up on us. Extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I rarely post negative reviews but this was extremely rude he obviously doesn't care about his customers. I will be posting this on my Facebook page and sharing this. I will never order from this establishment and suggest no one...

I walked in and ordered 2 slices of Buffalo Chicken Pizza and a sub for my fiance and I. At the time of my order there was 5 slices of Buffalo Chicken Pizza in the counter top display. I paid for my order, and left the restaurant briefly. When arrived back in 15 minutes to pick up my food, the cashier explained that she had forgotten to set aside 2 of the slices of Buffalo Chicken Pizza. There was only 1 slice of Buffalo Chicken remaining. She said she could give me a slice of pepperoni instead... Without any other options I took the slice of pepperoni. I probably paid more for the slice of Buffalo Chicken than the pepperoni, but at this point nothing was going to be done in a timely fashion anyway. No refund was offered. Nothing. So I was sitting next to my wife while she was ordering our food she order two sub two slices of pizza and a lg fries and a sixteen Oz of dr paper and when I got there I add it a 2 l of squirt total 45.63 the thing was they for got the fries and when I got home my wife called to ask where was the fries the guy and the lady try to charge us for another fries when we already paid for them when the guy took the order over the and said it back to us over the phone they just lost a customer because they try charging us something that we already paid for so be on the lookout there trying to get your money I won't order...
