Fit Happenz is the best place to escape from the routine of your day, to make friends, and most importantly to get the exercise you need daily to be stress free and be fit. I love Zumba Tonning, Zumba, Zumba Step, and Zumba Strong. The instructors are amazing dancers who dance all kind of rhythms from Hip Hop, Soca, Samba, Chacha, Afro Beats, and Pop to Latin, such as Salsa, Merengue, and Reggaeton with an incredible energy all the time! They make sure you sweat enough to burn those calories you ate, so you can loose weight as you need or keep you fit. I also love the studio which has a pleasant, happy, and energetic environment with lights that makes you feel like you are dancing in a club :). Virtual classes also have the same quality as the classes in the studio not only technically but also professionally. Fit Happenz is an awesome little boutique gym! They focus on Zumba and the Zumba specialties which is really cool because I haven't really seen these classes offered elsewhere. Zumba Step and Zumba Tonining are a great addition to the WNY area. They also offer other classes in their amazing little studio. They have beautiful floors and great mood lighting so I feel less self conscious about my arms when dancing around.
