TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Stay away from this place. They lie about their prices and don’t do the calculations in front of you because they do their own prices. In NYC gold rate is $96 and at this store its $110 (then they change the price according to themselves within minutes). We went and the lady gave us one price at first then within 30 mins, she changed the price higher than what she told us first. Also, the lady’s behavior is rude. She doesnt know how to treat customers. We did calculations according to her $110 gold rate and we showed her what the price was but she calculated $200 more than the rate.
