Got a bagel with turkey on it and it was $12, said the only way to ring it in was by doing it as a lunch sandwich so I got charged for the bagel itself, the cheese and apparently $6 just cuz I got turkey as my meat. I also got charged an extra $2 for egg white which I wasn’t told is an up-charge, when my boyfriend went in he asked why it wasn’t rang in as a breakfast sandwich with turkey add/ as a substitute and they said they’re was nothing they could or could’ve done. Definitely could have rang it in a separate way but I guess they wanted me to spend almost 2x the amount I should’ve paid. Not very happy especially since I work In the industry and know how pricing works and there is a more efficient way of putting it in. $12 for a breakfast sandwhich is ridiculous especially for Binghamton Most of the egg, cheese and meat was not even on the bagel. Not worth the money at all, better off going to a Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts

This shop is very clean, friendly and has a very diverse selection of bagels, cream cheeses, and various other pastries. There is indoor seating and a drive-through option for those on the go. The atmosphere is very inviting and is located right off of a major traffic thoroughfare. There was a person before me who had a mistake with their takeout order and the staff was very prompt, respectful, and responsive to the patron in correcting the issue. It was very nice to see as a first time visitor.

Everytime I’ve gone here I immediately regret it. You will wait in line at least 30 minutes for soggy hash browns, & stale, cold bagels. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because the employees are very pleasant and the cream cheese is really good. However, if you’re trying to get a quick breakfast & don’t have time to go in and ask them to fix your order, don’t go here. I tried to give them a few chances but this place flops everytime.

Today was my second time trying bc bagels. My first time I went to the drive-thru, and was the only vehicle there. It took about 5-10 mins to order and get my food. Today, I arrived and was the 5th car in line. It took me 15 mins to get to where you place your order. Then, when u finally make it there, I am told that I have to wait a “minute”. This minute ended up being 40 mins (30 of which there was no car in front of me). Then, after finally placing my order I waited another 10 minutes for my food.

Finally, one of my bagels had the wrong cream cheese on it, and the other had the wrong bagel. Definitely will not be coming back ever again, nor will I be...

First,I do not enjoy being called honey or sweetheart. There is a thing called respect that is no longer used. I am a married 50 year old man, my wife calls me sweetheart. I expect to be called sir when I choose to spend my money at a business. Second, this place states that you get a bakers dozen, that is 13 bagels. This is the second time I have gone there (and the last) and received just 12 bagels. For the price they charge one should at least get the advertised special. Third, Their bagels just keep getting smaller, while the hole gets bigger, what a total ripoff! Everyone should just go a little further down the road to price chopper and get their...
