By far my favorite subway! They always have the largest selection of bread! They are always fully stocked of veggies and toppings/dressings! They're always super friendly when I go during the day!
My only issue I have with this location is using the app. I've ordered twice now, and both times my orders weren't ready. Not that big of a deal, but the two experiences were very different. 1st order (4 subs ordered at 725pm) When I walked in about 15 minutes later, they had already started making my order and were very apologetic it wasn't ready yet. They had a few people in line, but they were fitting me in. Not a problem! I was willing to wait it out because I showed up pretty quickly!
2nd order (1 sub ordered at 750pm) When I walked in about 30 minutes later, they hadn't even started making my order yet. Instead of apologizing, they just said "we've been busy" then kept making subs for the people in line. When they finally decided to start my order, they went back and forth over who was going to make it, because it was such an inconvenience to them. There were only 2 people in line waiting, it wasn't overly busy. They just made the whole thing awkward and were rude about it. My only negative experience in the last few years!

Read moreTanis, the owner of this location, is an absolutely horrible manager that makes all of her employees feel terrible. I go to this location often for lunch or dinner, I can tell as soon as I walk in the door if Tanis is there or not based on the general atmosphere and attitudes of the employees. They’re happy, talkative, and smiling when she is absent. They’re like ghosts when she’s present. I’ve personally seen her rudely “correct” teenagers in front of customers in very belittling ways, I’ve seen her correct CUSTOMERS in rude ways for not using the “official” names of subs. For example, I once heard a gentleman in front of me in line order a spicy Italian sub. Tanis very curtly said “it’s a hotshot Italiano sub” with the sort of tone in her voice that makes you want to smack someone. I don’t know how this miserable human being has managed to maintain her position but this Subway would be SO much better with just about anyone else in charge. The customer experience is 10x better when she is not in the building (I have heard this from friends as well). AND her poor employees, both the teenagers and adults, do not deserve her verbal abuse and constant criticisms. It’s not hard to be a decent, kind, human being. Somehow, nobody ever conveyed this...
