My experience was totally awesome ! We purchased two 24' x 25' TOL metal buildings. Bob at Pine Creek Structures is the consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable and easily answered my multitude of questions...with a smile!

We discussed out options and decided a metal building was the smart way to go. We looked Amish sheds and a myriad of different buildings.

All in all, my experience with Bob at Pine Creek Structures, upper Front Street, Binghamton, NY was fantastic! One visit and you will understand what I am talking about.

TOL buildings were prompting me get my site ready for the new building installations. As it happened, my buildings were installed four weeks after placing my order and paying my down payment. They would have been installed even sooner, if I had gotten my act together sooner.

Carlos was the crew leader for the installation team. Request Carlos and his crew to install your metal building and you won't go wrong. His crew was very professional and erected two metal buildings in a day and a half. I am 100% satisfied with their work! They worked together like a fine oiled machine.

Bob imparts a feeling of confidence that what you order is what you will get and in a timely manner. He is happy to answer any and all questions and never makes you feel as if you are troubling him or keeping him from doing something else.

Unlike other such businesses, Bob's is clean, organized and professional looking. If you can't find something that fits your needs there, then just give up on that project, because if Bob does not have it or access to it, then it does not exist.

If you are lucky enough to have Sam deliver your new building, then again...you are in great hands. He is very kind, mellow, careful and thorough. It was fascinating to watch him operate the special trailer specifically designed for shed/building delivery. That was worth the price of admission alone.

As a newly-minted first time home owner, everything has been new to me. When I came to realize I needed a shed, I spent a good amount of time looking for a reasonably priced 8x10 in the Binghamton area. I came across a shed on sale and gave Pine Creek Structures a call. Bob was a pleasure to work with! Both professional and accommodating. Everything was done over the phone, which was a relief considering I work full time. Since I live nearby delivery was included, and now I have to give props to the delivery driver. I have a very steep and narrow driveway. He managed to maneuver this shed (which is wider than the driveway itself) back up my driveway, and placed it exactly where I wanted it, all without breaking a sweat.
