Not happy at all with this place. You guys just cost me 690 dollar for a faulty fuel pump you sold. You cost me a tow and shop cost for your garbage. Never once have I ever bought a fuel pump and had the main supply line was missing. Burgharts automotive returned the part and you guys did replace it but this is ridiculous. I will be coming to visit I want some compensation for this. I will not be back to this store and I sure as heck will not recommend your company to anyone. Almost 1000 dollars for a fuel pump to be changed 2 times in a week. 291 dollars for a faulty fuel pump unreal. Edit: 3/12/2025 oriellys did work with me and refunded basically the cost for the pump. So changed from a one star...

I live on the North Shore of Oneida Lake. So you think that I choose to go to a local O'Reilly in Central Square New York and which I tried I called three times to it rang and did not stop. So I called Bridgeport. They answered after only one and a half to two rings. I had Pleasant person on the other end by the name of Steve who went above and beyond to make sure to help me find the best price of everything that I needed and did not leave me waiting and I appreciate that. It's too bad that other stores can't get the message I have more than one person working at a retail especially...

Such nice fellas at this place! Had to send someone to get the belt they helped me find, she didn't have my card so the nice guys let me have them manually punch my card info in so I didn't have to find another way there without a car! A+ service!! Thanks...
