Amazing place with amazing, very honest people who have a genuine love for cats (and their owners).

Case in point: I boarded my very anxious cat here once, and Rock the Cat Spa staff tried their best to keep him as comfortable as possible, giving him personal alone playtime in the big room, etc. Yet even so, the staff informed me very honestly that my kitty still did not enjoy his time while there. (Which I kind of feared might happen) But I really appreciated their honesty and efforts to help him, as well as their transparency. Flash forward to recently, when I tried to book my kitty for another boarding stay there (I really had no choice but to board him) because I approve of the staff and facilities. However, Rock the Cat Spa kindly and honestly turned my cat down from boarding because they had kept a note of how stressed he was in their environment last time and didn't think it would be good for his health there. The point is--I am genuinely very thankful for this and know that the staff do the best they can for your cat. They are NOT after your money and genuinely care about your cat.

Sweet people all around, even if my very anxious cat did not necessarily enjoy his time while boarded there (sometimes, boarding is the only option you have, and sometimes, your cat does not enjoy a place for various reasons). I hope I can find better luck with my kitty in another environment or temporary care situation.

My four cats had a wonderful daycare experience with Rock the Cat Spa! Cari is so dedicated to keeping cats healthy, safe, and happy when they are in her care. I had some work being done at home and needed to keep my cats safely off-site. Cari answered the phone right away and booked a private suite for them. I am so impressed with how clean, quiet, and spacious her facilities are. Transparency and honesty is crucial with a pet sitter, especially using their services for the first time. Cari and her assistant went above and beyond. Two of my cats gets car sick easily and were a mess by the time we arrived. Cari immediately took them to the back and cleaned them up, and sanitized the carriers. One of my cats is deaf and an escape artist, so knowing that they are secure in their suite and always supervised gives me peace of mind. My cats were in a totally private room with a TV, giant bed, and cat tree to hang out on. At pickup time, they were ready to go in their carriers before I arrived!

My cats received an adorable report card about their behavior and activities. They also had nail trims done at daycare, which saves us the stress at home. In the future if I ever need a cat groomer or sitter, I know I can always come here. Thank you so much for taking amazing care...

Cari and her team are amazing. I was super nervous about boarding my cat, Butter, for the first time while I was away for the holidays, but Cari made sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated about how my kitty was doing. I loved the photos she sent every evening and was so glad to see that Butter made a few friends during her stay. Cari even upgraded Butter to a bigger room at no extra charge to make sure she was comfortable and had a private place to retreat to if she got overwhelmed.
