Twin Trees Cicero — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

Don’t order here often but in the past was my go to pizza. They do not give a f so we are not getting twin trees ever again, we will be continuing to order elsewhere. Ordered a large buffalo chicken pizza with GREEN peppers via phone. Got the pizza home (stupid us didn’t think to look before we left) and there is green and a ton of red peppers. I don’t eat red peppers they taste completely different than green peppers. It’s like black vs green olives. I called thinking I could bring this back and get a refund or a new order. Woman on the phone said "well that's just how our peppers come" it’s not like they’re sautéed (the issue isn’t fresh vs sautéed so idk why that is relevant to taste of red peppers) and I said we specifically said GREEN peppers and she had the audacity to say "well we read it back and said ‘with peppers’ “! WHAT!? So they changed the wording just enough so we didn’t ask? That’s fine if that’s how the peppers come but when asked for green peppers and it’s red peppers that’s an issue because we were never told. It’s not like we ordered online and saw a picture or whatever. I offered to bring the pizza back for a refund because I wasn’t just trying to get a free pizza and she said “well we are just going to throw it in the trash”. Well yeah, that’s exactly what I’m going to do with it. So paid for a large pizza to not eat and order other food somewhere else. Over a miscommunication on the stores fault. So, we won’t be returning. I’d recommend finding a different pizza spot, there’s tons around...

Late lunch with a friend whom I hadn't seen in ages. Ordered all appetizers and shared. Cheesy bread - oowy-goowy delicious!! With tasty dipping sauce. Small antipasto - loaded. Coconut shrimp - hot and crispy with a spicy-sweet (not hot) dipping sauce. Iced lemon water for drinks. Could have used a hot cup of coffee but they didn't have any, not a problem. The waitress was on the job, checked in frequently. It was a Friday afternoon and the place started getting very busy with dinners coming in to eat and a long line of folks getting...

Good food, terrible service. Because their online system screwed up my order I am now out of our dinner and $40. As soon as I received the confirmation email I checked it, saw that it was wrong I immediately pulled in and told them. In response they said that the pizza had already been in for 10 minutes which couldn't be true and refuse to make me the correct pizza. I absolutely did not click the buttons that they say were clicked, I don't eat meat and I checked the before submitting it. I guess I can't go to Twin...
