Because I was visiting a friend that works in this plaza, I met her at the back of the building, there was so much glass I couldn't avoid driving over it, so I tried to clean as much as I could so I didn't get it stuck in my tires. She came out saying I shouldn't be back there an the glass was there so the employees couldn't park back there. So I went in the store to get her name an corporate's phone number, the lady behind the counter said she couldnt give me any information. She was not even a arm length from me , she wasn't even wearing a mask, with customers in the store yelling calling me crazy B an my daughter's boyfriend the N-word . Absolutely disgusted with the customer service at the cicero location. I had 1 black garbage bag of clothes to donate to them.. I went to the counter and asked if I could please have help because I’m 34 weeks pregnant and did not want to lift the bag. The lady at the counter rudely said “I can’t lift that either and neither can she” pointing to the lady next to her behind the counter. A customer offered to help me and she said to the customer “you shouldn’t be lifting that either.” Thankfully some gentlemen heard this conversation as I struggled to ask for help and offered to get the bag out of the trunk for me. I went to that store to return something that I bought from the store. The 'Lady' behind the counter started yelling they smell, they smell, I can't do it, I can't do it! She made another employee come up to the counter. She threw the clothes into the garbage that I returned, continued to loudly complain about me while there were six people in line behind me. I asked for a gift card, she said I had to purchase items. I was 15 minutes in the store. During the 15 minutes she never stopped complaining loudly. I could hear her in the back of the store.
