I love this place. Ever since my first experience I have not shopped for steak anywhere else. They have good prices when they run sales (almost all of the time) and the quality is second to none. I usually purchase the "choice" steaks and on occasion "prime" or "dry aged prime". The first time I bought steak there I bought it from Eric. He was extremely helpful in educating me of different cuts of steak. Since then I am addicted. I stop there every week and stock up.
What meant the most to me was one day I splurged and bought "prime" rib eye's to grill on my Weber Kettle. A few days later I stopped for some odds and ends. Eric recognized me from behind the butchers counter, ran around to catch me and asked my opinion of the "prime" rib eye's that I bought. I was shocked that he remembered my steak and went out of his way to ask me what I thought.
I care about what I buy as much as who I buy it from. That gesture from him showed a true passion for what he does. Everyone else behind the counter is just as friendly and polite.
If you haven't bought steak from Dash's yet you are missing out on an amazing experience. It is second to none.
On a side note, I used to buy my meat from Federal Meats and I prefer Dashs because the quality is A+, their prices are better but most of all they cut their steaks thicker...
Read moreWent in for a quick bit to get something and once I got inside I saw how awesome the store was, it looked almost perfect except a rude factor. The whole time I was in the store; each employee I passed by practically ignored me and wouldn't really greet me or interact with me. Good customer service? Not so much. Even at different times that I've gone in, I've had issues similar to this. I'm ignored, no associates have greeted me....They've just looked at me and walked away. Why are these associates rude? Regardless, it would be pretty awesome of a store to accept all kinds of people with kindness and some respect. Hopefully, it was just an off day. I do hope that the next time I come in, everyone is gunna have a better attitude and the customer service is better because this type of discrimination is pretty uncomfortable when trying to shop at your store. Read moreMust ....stop....coming...here !! My Daughter wanted "Dash's Pizza" for her Birthday, called ahead and ordered a whole Cheese Pizza and a Half Buffalo Chicken Pizza.
Arrived and was handed two large boxes, certainly one of the boxes was quite large for a "Half Pizza", asked the girl if this is a half and she shrugged her shoulders and said "yeah"
Got them home, opened the one Pizza and it was correct. Opened the other Pizza and it was instead a Whole Cheese Pizza with some Chicken Fingers baked on top...no Blue Cheese Sauce, no Wing Sauce.
I should have known better, apart from a couple of slightly older ladies all they employ here are teenagers / early 20's kids who are more interested in staring at their phones and talking with each other than doing a decent job.
Ugh, Joe ...get some training and accountability as based on the reviews I'm not alone.
I am banning myself on coming here for a while in the hopes that absence makes the heart...
