This is my kind of store. It definitely appeals to the DIY'er and construction business. The layout and grouping of products makes sense to me. However, I don't like big national, and impersonal, chain stores. I prefer the local mom and pop businesses, but I have to say the variety of products is tremendous!
There is AMPLE parking and they carve out a decent amount of handicap parking from their lot. Their entrance is at ground level and the doors are automatic, so it is easy access to wheelchair users and other mobility impaired individuals.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I tend to get lost in stores this big, but here, I don't mind wandering until I find what I am looking for or an associate to help.
To my pleasant surprise, leashed dogs are welcome here. So, if your pawed family member wants to come in they can. Kudos to them for accommodating every member of a family. I could easily see a family coming in to shop with their leashed dog and enjoying the experience.

Several people, mostly women based on about 4 hour sample seem to have real difficulty exiting the parking lot towards Transit. Many assume that the exit is located next to the sign and drive rapidly at a tall curb only to slam on their brakes just before hitting it.
