This is the place to go to when customizing your vehicle! Window tinting, remote car starters, sound systems, decals, custom car wraps, etc...! I had an amazing experience recently! I recently purchased the newest vehicle I have owned in over a decade. I wanted to do something special. I went to Mike at Custom Radio and we came up with a plan that fit my needs and budget. They tinted my front windows to help keep my vehicle cooler and keep the sun off me during my hour commute to work everyday. Rain guards for my windows to allow fresh air in my vehicle during rainy days. I love classic rock music, and Mike and Alexis came up with an interior speaker upgrade, powered by an amplifier installed under my front passenger seat not taking away valuable trunk space. A touch screen CD player head unit that allows me to play music or dad's as well as blue tooth capability to synch in with my phone! I love this hands free voice automated way of making phone calls, safe and convenient. Finally Alexis suggested a built in monitor for my driver's seat head rest. My 5 year old sits behind me and can now watch movies or play CD' linked up to wireless head phones. Mike and Alexis work the front of the shop and are knowledgeable and listen and will put together packages that fit your custom needs. I felt comfortable with their ideas and they followed through beyond expectations. When my vehicle was ready (on time), Bill went over the entire job with me, and showed me all of the functions of my newly customized vehicle. I had a remote starter put in a new Mazda CX-3 20 months ago. The personnel at Custom Radio are extremely professional and knowledgeable. My car has some funky things about it so putting in the remote starter was a challenge. They kept a very open line of communication throughout the entire process and they are willing to go the extra mile when needed. They got the remote stater put it successfully. The add-on accessory I wanted was not possible to do (by anyone, not just them, OEM can't do it either) but they certainly gave it their best effort.

Now 20 months later an issue has occurred with my car (to no fault of Custom Radio) and they are certainly doing the right things to resolve the issue. It is the easiest thing in the world to be good, act nice, and do the right things when everything is going smooth. It is not so easy once trouble arises. Most people and businesses fail at handling issues properly. It is how business handles adversity that determines how good they are, at least in my opinion.

I recently purchased a new vehicle and treated myself to a nice, budget friendly sound system. I inquired about installation at Custom Radio because I know they have a great reputation for quality work. The cost is on par with any other shop that I checked. I have to say that although I've had installations done at other local shops and been happy with the outcomes, Custom Radio is truly a step above the rest. I met with a very helpful employee who took the time to discuss the installation and made sure to address my requests and concerns. In the end, they ended up fabricating an amplifier mount to fit in my spare tire storage area so that the amp could be completely tucked away and hidden at my request. They also mounted the bass knob inside a storage compartment upon my request. The installation is super clean and no wires can be seen at all.
