My sister and I always make it a point to stop at the BFLO Store whenever we visit from Louisiana, but after our most recent experience, we will never be back. My sister had purchased a few shirts that were too large, and although she didn’t have her receipt, she simply wanted to exchange them for the correct size. Instead of receiving any kind of customer service, she was met by a blonde cashier with a terrible attitude who dismissively said, “Can’t help you if you don’t have the receipt.” My sister was embarrassed and ready to just leave, but I refused to let her be treated that way. When I stepped in, the same cashier reluctantly said she “guessed” she could look through the transactions from that day, but made it clear she didn’t want to help, telling me it would “take a while.” I was fine with waiting, but when I returned to the counter, she told me to wait for someone else to deal with it. Another employee even warned me that if the transaction couldn’t be found, they wouldn’t help—which I again said was fine, as long as we tried. Thankfully, a different associate (a kind, respectful woman of ethnicity) stepped in. She asked for my sister’s last name, pulled up the receipt in seconds, and even went to the floor herself to grab the correct sizes. She was professional, empathetic, and the ONLY reason the exchange was resolved. It’s sad that one employee could make such a loyal customer feel so unwelcome. Ironically, the Bills had just won that Sunday, and we were planning to buy more merchandise since there was a 17% off sale. Instead, after the rude and dismissive treatment we experienced, we left empty-handed and will never shop at the BFLO Store again. Customer service matters—and unfortunately, this store...
Read moreLet me start by admitting how ashamed I am to say that I have never been to The BFLO Store until just recently. I only live a few minutes away and yet I honestly didn't even know it existed 🤦🏻♀️ As I walked around the huge "shop" (yes, even though the store was enormous, it somehow felt like a quaint hometown shop) I bounced around from one section to the next, each display leaving me more excited than the last. I couldn't have imagined all the different products they had for sale.... from clothing, to kitchenware, to beautifully handcrafted home decor and jewelry, sporting goods, masks, blankets, ....I could honestly go on and on. I am so excited to have found this store just in time to do my Christmas shopping, it is honestly going to be my one stop shop this year as it has something for EVERYONE, including my fur baby! I wish I would have gotten better pictures but I was looking for specific things while I was there so I only captured a very small section with some clothing. Everything I saw was extremely high quality, not one thing there looked cheap or cheesy. I must have spoken to every person working there because I was so in awe, I just couldn't stop saying how much I loved everything there and how I wanted to buy everything 😂 If you have not been to The BFLO Store on Transit Rd., believe me when I say that you are doing yourself a disservice and are really missing out on such a unique shopping experience. I am so excited to go back and do some shopping for myself all while starting AND finishing my Christmas shopping...
Read moreI am so disappointed in the service I received today at the autograph session. I have always paid for tickets at events for autograph sessions. Today my son mentioned that he wanted to get the snow pants for tomorrow's bills game to stay warm. I offered to take him to your store to buy them instead of other stores and he also mentioned that Williams was going to be there for an autograph session. I spent 130.00 on the pants and he brought his football that we bought at your store a previous time to get autographed. We have come for Flutie, jim Kelley, woods, and even many sabres alumni and never had an issue. We got there 2 hours early and was 3rd in line. So when it was our turn the man in front of us who also had a football with him but also bought a mini helmet had both signed even though the football was not bought there. So then it was our turn and I said to the man I spent 130.00 in store and wanted the football signed . He refused to have us get it signed. I understand if people come and spend no money in the store and have things signed and that being an issue but when a person comes and spends 130.00 and also has an item they want signed it should be accepted. I will never shop at your store again and will let people know how terrible your employee was. We are season ticket holders for the sabres and bills and will let our fellow friends know. I will only have autograph session at Dave and Adams from now on. We always bring items and still...
