I placed an order on their website for a bounce house. An easy to use site showcasing a nice selection of houses. The next morning I was contacted via email to set up a time to discuss details. I was contacted at the agreed to time. We set up delivery and pickup times. When they arrived the setup process was quick. The driver and assistant were both very professional. I was impressed at the thorough cleaning the house got before they handed it over to us. I got the Castle Bounce House. The kids loved it. Pickup, like delivery, was when they said it would be. Excellent bounce castle and excellent service. Giant bounce castle that was delivered right on time and set up quickly. Also got chairs and tables delivered, very convenient for a kids' party. The most outstanding part was their willingness to make a last minute call about the weather. The forecast looked bad up until 3 hours before my party and they were on call to deliver once the forecast cleared up. Very happy I didn't have to cancel the castle. The only negatives I can say was that the castle's interior was not completely clean...when we first went in we saw some hair inside. But I'm sure with this review that will be addressed. We found Bounce N Jump Party Rentals online a few weeks ago and after calling many companies we decided to use them for our daughters 4th birthday party. Well I'm glad we did. Great prices, great prices. Ricardo our delivery man dropped everything off early, he was prompt, and importantly he was courteous. Once my daughter saw him show up she watched him set everything up, once he gave her the green light to enter the bounce house you could see he was enjoying watching her bounce. Someone who enjoys their job and makes sure his customers are happy, this will make us use this company every year and make sure we tell everyone all about it. Oh and I cant forget they even gave my daughter a gift bag with a calendar, t-shirt and basketball for her to keep.
