I’ve been to this bowling alley a couple of times and usually have a really good time. The vibe is fun, the drink prices are decent for a bucket, and it’s been affordable..
However, last night left me feeling disappointed. We played 4 games total, but their system automatically started a 5th game while we were wrapping up (literally while we were getting the our things together and using the bathroom to head out.) No one even touched the lane. It did this for the 4th game too, but because we still had a few drinks left, we just started playing, so it wasn’t an issue then.
But.
When I went to pay and explained that we only played 4 games (and even showed the empty 5th game on the screen), the staff still charged me for 5, saying that’s what their system showed. I didn’t want to argue, so I paid it, but it didn’t feel right because I know we only played 4 games. We ended up spending nearly $100 on bowling, which was a huge jump from our previous visit.
I still enjoy coming here overall, but I really hope they take a look at how the system works and make sure it doesn’t start games automatically. It’s really unfair and while I’d like to keep coming here, it’s hard to knowing that they charge for games you don’t...
Read moreBeen to this place three times, and all of them were terrible experiences—worst customer service. On my second visit, a guy that worked in front threatened to kick us out guys because both of my sisters, who are just kids, would throw their ball right before the time ended. It was supposed to be a family night, and they made it the worst experience. They treated you like you were not welcome. On my last visit, during the summer, again, I go with my sister and a friend of mine after the pride parade up in Nyack. This time it was an old white lady, she gave me the number of the lane, acting like I knew the place from the palm of my hand, and when I asked where it was, this woman had the nerve to yell at me. I once again felt not welcome. I wasn’t sure if it was because of my skin color or what else; I’m Hispanic, so that I won't know. I go down to the lane I’m supposed to go, and this lady yells at me again because I am walking or cutting another alley where people are playing. Mind you, a few minutes later, this white family cut us off, passed between our lanes, and they all in the front saw and did not say one word. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND… don’t come to this bowling alley! Save your money and go...

When we arrive the attendant was super nice and polite.you can see that it need some upgrades and remodeling. Went to the food area and asked what were the food options and the answer of the server ( on her phone and not even look in the eyes)" the menus are at the table" NOT PROFESSIONAL NO MATTER WHERE U ARE WHEN YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE" After that we decide to TRY to grab a beer. Went to the front and asked if i could get a beer.the attendant answer me " we dont have a bartender in house"......you do need to be more than 21 to serve alchool and to be a bartender but when a manager is around he is able to do it i think. And thats whtat happened. We order 2 beers and we kept playing.the beers were dropped off a table on our back withouth even telling us that it was there.
