Nikki has been doing my nails since she worked at Top Nails on 59. When she opened her own salon, I continued to support her. The past year, they’ve been many times I texted her for an appointment and she doesn’t respond for hours or until the next day. While she’s doing my nails, I see her constantly responding to text messages and writing names in her appointment book. Today I showed up for a 4:45 appointment and Nikki told me that she didn’t write me in the book and could not do my nails. She was about to do someone else’s nails. It took her 4 hours to respond to my request for the appointment. Nikki told me no one in the salon could do my nails and that I would have to come back. I walked out. Read moreI came here because it was highly recommend by a long time customer but I will never again return. The Nail tech Hanna kept filing my nail even after I told her to stop because she hit skin. The polish job was sloppy so I requested someone else do it and she insisted she would fix it. I didn’t want to cause a scene so I let her but it was the worst mistake because it got worst and when she asked if I was happy with her work I in turn asked her if she was happy with her work and she admitted it wasn’t good and blamed me for making her do it over. I paid and left I was sooo mad. I called from my car to request a refund because I didn’t want to scare away others and the manager was even worst. Didn’t offer to fix it just said I should’ve picked a different color. Horrible service....
