My ONLY regret is that I didn’t visit Mamari Jewelers and their incredible team sooner!

I visited the store because I was looking to have a custom urn pendant made to carry my dads ashes so that he could still “walk” me down the aisle for my upcoming wedding. It’s been a very difficult time and I honestly walked into the store not sure what I wanted under the bittersweet circumstances. Rami was incredibly helpful in bringing the idea and vision to life, and in the end he delivered an AMAZING and sentimental piece of jewelry that I can wear on my wedding day. When he showed me the finished piece in the store, I immediately broke down into tears because I couldn’t imagine a more beautiful way to honor my dad.

The compassion and care that he and his team speaks volumes of who they are and is a true testament to why you should shop small and support local! Rami and the Mamari Jewelers team have definitely gained customers for life! Since my initial experience, my fiancé and I have both purchased 4 other pieces of jewelry from them including wedding bands and the bride and groom gifts for the exchange, so you know where we will be getting our anniversary gifts from now on! =]

My family and I have been clients here for over 30 years. For 30 years Maria has been our personal jeweler and we could not be more grateful and thankful for her consistent effort, support, and guidance when purchasing all of our pieces. From in-house personalized items, to ordering pieces from designer, Maria has been with us through it all guiding us. All of our nice jewelry is from Mamari, but more importantly, is it thanks to Maria for her personalization and detail oriented work ethic that has kept us with Mamari. Today I came in asking for a personalized pendant that I need ready in 2 days. They didn’t have one in house, therefore Maria asked if they could make one for me, in house, within that time frame. A 15 minute interaction with Maria and BAM, she’s made it happen for me and it will be ready. I’m aware 48hrs is not a lot of time, but the fact that she’s making it happen shows the quality of care you receive at Mamari. Maria is the best jeweler ever and I will follow her wherever she goes! Where the work is just as special as the family.

Rami, worked extensively with me during all hours of the day. I was often stressed for no reason and even more so; changing my mind - but Rami consistently showed extreme compassion, grace, patience, and genuine interest in making my dream vision become a reality. From the diamond selection process onward - Rami clearly displayed profound industry and market knowledge, he understood my priorities, and helped fine tune my design ideas.

He and his team, once stones were selected and design was agreed upon, the creation and shipping of the ring was quick, flawless and stress free.

Living in Texas, I had hundred of questions and even more concerns about the entire process of working cross states exclusively over phone, but these guys were always a step ahead and ensured everything was taken care of through them. My job was simply to appreciate their work and my new fiancé.

Got Rami’s connection through a friend and am eternally grateful. I also will now refer him to my people because he’s proven to be the best.
