My wife purchased a bottle of the 1.75 liter Espolon tequila blanco on March 1, 2025, at the Midnight Wine and Liquor Store @ 41 NY-59, Nyack, NY 10960 liquor store in Nyack. She did not notice the bottle she purchased did NOT have the plastic seal on the cap. Before getting home, she attempted to return or exchange the bottle at the same liquor store but the store clerk refused and assumed we tampered with the bottle. She did no such thing.
