My second time doing grubhub for this restaurant and the curbside lady gave me an attitude about the order being late. Ok first off I’m just a driver trying to pay rent and school. I do what is sent to me. Second : complaints should be with grubhub where they can settle both parties . Third: I’ve eaten Hogan’s diner so many times and have ordered take out under the new ownership. Me and My friend Ben at Nyack auto order here every so often, as a customer I’m offended. I didn’t appreciate that curbside lady’s attitude and she should complain to grub hub. Food has always been good but I’m stunned with the attitude. Don’t know if I will order or eat here again. Don’t know if I want to do grubhub for this restaurant again either.

Trying to explain how the grub hub app and how it works would have been a nuisance to an angry boss lady. Im a professional and I will not jeopardize my grub hub account over a heated discussion. An order being late is a result of lack of drivers or a driver cancelling a delivery last minute in which I can not control. Now I accepted this delivery thinking I would be treated the same way I would be treated when I order my steak and eggs and eat in . You gave me a bad impression by holding up the second delivery hostage. You did not ask me to deliver the late item, you forced me to deliver the already late item while you held the second delivery for ransom. I had to cheat the system because the task was for 2 deliveries. At some point I thought about cancelling but I honored your delivery and even helped your frustrated customer for the late item. I think you need to respect the next grubhub, door dash and uber eats driver that delivers for you. We are the bridge to your customers. We can point diners your way or the other way. We can put a good word about your restaurant and even pass out flyers for you. I didn’t want to go through all of this but “For every action there’s an equal and opposite reaction” Same restaurant, same staff, still good food, but rude owner. I accept the apology but I can’t give you the 5 stars for the simple fact that you can’t admit that you were rude and inconsiderate at that particular moment. Such a shame, I placed an order through Uber and received confirmation. 30 minutes later I get a call from a woman claiming to be the manager, saying she can't make the order because the price on Uber is off. She proceeded to tell me to cancel the order on Uber and to place it with her. Claiming Uber charges a fee on all orders and since the price on the dish I ordered was incorrect on Uber she would not be able to honor it since she was "NOT MAKING MONEY ON THE FOOD" ... As a customer this is not my problem , and I informed her she could change the prices on her restaurant dashboard, she then hung up. I called back and even offered to pay the difference in cash, she was no longer interested and canceled my order and didn't offer any type of reimbursement even after waiting 1 hour total for my order between the back and forth and her saying she would do the order if I paid her with a card over the phone AFTER already paying through UBER. If you're not making money on Uber WHY ARE YOU STILL ON THAT PLATFORM ??? I was confused and felt appalled at the way she handled the situation. As a manager she could've handled the entire situation differently and put paying customers first, instead she gave me an insight on how horribly ran that business currently is. Read moreI took my son there for breakfast and tje waiter Arturo is very impatient and thinks he is an auctioneer. You can barely understand stand what he is saying. Anyway when we went to order my son told him he wanted the farmers breakfast. The waiter did not even ask my son about how he wanted and just started writing down pancakes when my son wanted French toast. I stopped him and corrected him and told him he should ask and not just assume what people want. So he wrote French toast next to the pancakes. I made my order and when the food arrived. He brought out pancakes, when we called him back because he was in to much of a hurry to leave I told him my son ordered the French toast. Now instead of thos waiter apologizing and correcting the order. He tells my son so your going to keep the pancakes and Badgers him to eat them instead of the French toast that he ordered. My son was embarrassed by his badgering and just said fine to get the guy to leave. Then when I told the manager when we were paying she didn't seem to care either that they have a pushy used car salesman for a waiter and didn't even apologize for are awful experience there.
