Playday is a fun and adventurous place for children to explore their energy. This is a very great ideal but there are a few flaws that I see and a big lawsuit waiting to happen. First i would like to say is that if you are going to have the children take their shoes off you should supply them in the price for the grip socks(non slip socks) that aluminum flooring is very slippery with just plain socks…and also playing on some of the toys are slippery as well. My grandson was there last week and proceeded to go down the slide on the big truck and slip and fell when got at the end of the slide and hurt his lower back and was in pain for a couple of days. I’m thankful that he didn’t hit his head. Please consider either using the grip socks or have the child bring an extra pair of shoes that wasnt worn outside. Another thing that I noticed the worker cleaning up and not one time did I see her disinfectant any toys..Hmmm kids carry a lot of germs and the different strains of the Flu going around and COVID STILL SPREADING, This should be the first thing done once it get close to closing time. Like I stated before this is a great place but if you didn’t have any reviews then you wouldn’t know what things to critique. Please take this in consideration and...
Read moreMy kids and I love this place! I have a 1.5 and 4 year old. We got a monthly membership because it's perfect. I bring my daughter first thing and let her play for an hour while we wait for stores to open to run errands (usually about once a week). I love that they open at 8am! No other place opens that early! My kids get to play with all the toys I wish I could give them and wish we had space for. My youngest can learn to climb and slide. My son can bake pretend muffins. They have arts and crafts, games, and so much available for imaginary play. We took our kiddo for one of the spiderman events and it was amazing! They limited the number of kids so my kid got one on one time with spiderman! It wasn't crowded. The last thing I will say for my rather lengthy review is how much I see the owner here. He is at the events, he covers shifts, cleans, and seems like he really cares about his business and the experience of our kids! My son was struggling leaving the spiderman event and he asked us if a balloon would help. So nice! The staff is always friendly! Shout out to Sarah! We see her every morning we are there and she is always busy cleaning and greets us with a smile! If you are on the fence, give this place a chance!...
Read moreWe had so much fun visiting over the holiday break for the first time. It was busy (to be expected), but there was never a time when my kid and her friend couldn't find a space to play. We have tried a couple of times to visit a similar place across town and were turned away because there wasn't enough space. I appreciate that at Playday, there is room for everyone! The place isn't huge, but it's certainly not too small. It's the perfect size to where I was able to sit and relax with a friend (a Keurig with FREE COFFEE, what?!), and we were still able to see our kids while they ran around the space.
I appreciated how much thought was clearly put into designing the space. For being a kids play place, it is also visually appealing for adults. Despite how busy it was, the aesthetic was very calming and neither my kid nor I were over stimulated. It's all very cute. The place felt very clean and organized, especially for how many kids there were. I thought the staff did a great job tidying up after the kids around us without feeling like we were a huge inconvenience. We left with happy hearts, a truly...
