If you get the manager you will get a fantastic hair cut. I LOVE her! She is great, knows what she's doing, and is kind and courteous. However, some of the other employee's don't share her same talent and work ethic. The last two times I went I had the misfortune to get another girl. She cuts okay, nothing I can't live with but not very good, somewhat uneven. Also she's rather rude to you about your hair. I happen to color mine and she pointed out the fact that I had used two different colors as if I didn't know. It was rather insulting. Also she charged me $18 for a dry cut when on the board the price is $12. Nothing like forcing a tip! What happened to the days when the stylists wouldn't talk about certain subjects and were nicer to their customers and could actually cut and style hair? Some of the things the women do and say these days I would have been written up or fired for had I done them back when I was cutting hair! Anyway, since I can't seem to get there when the manager is on, I am going to a local woman who owns and operates her shop. I came here because I wanted to go back to my natural red hair from a violet/brown that I had dyed my hair. I basically left with what I came in with, but now it's a dark red/brown instead of violet/brown. It's not even close to the picture I showed the hairdresser. Also, they got my hair a pinkish blonde after the bleach, almost a light rose gold color. The mixture in the bowl looked like mac and cheese sauce, within 10 minutes on my head it basically turned brown. I have included pictures with my review. The picture with the yellow walls in the background, is me sitting in the salon waiting to be seen. The picture where I'm outside with bright red hair, is my natural hair and what I requested. The picture with the hanging towels in the background is what I left with. The hairdresser was very nice, the manager was awesome. But I'm really not happy with the color I left with, because it's not even close to what I asked for. They said "in 4 washes it'll be true to color" but I have no idea how this will fade to what I wanted...
