I would like to take the time and Thank Leo, Amanda and Mike for their outstanding customer service. They went above and beyond to make me happy .. AND I AM. SOOOO.. I had purchased a washer and dryer from Cobleskill Rent A Center in 2017. Finished paying for it last August. I admit I had problems with the washer over and over through out the time I was buying them (just the washer). Every time they came quickly to either fix it or replace it. Finally finished paying and it broke again! Today they discussed it.. although it was out of warranty, they remembered the issues I had with it during the purchase. I am super pleased to say that they took care of everything today! These are great people and I would recommend them to anyone who has to buy something in a jam! They will not warranty their crappy merchandise even though they force you to pay for “benefits plus” and if you don’t pay your bill the second it’s due they harass you via text message. My bill has never been left unpaid and I am treated as if that is the case! I should have immediately had everything I purchased from them returned when they gouged my new refrigerator when bringing it in the house, and yes they took some $$ off of the bill but still the way they delivered it was a red flag! My bill is overdue by one day as we get paid today, and they have texted me twice regarding it. It’s to the point I’m going to contact corporate...

I placed an order in June. I called them twice a week about my order they kept telling me they were going to call me back and they never did I had to call them . Then they told me that they placed my order and that they had the tracking number and they were waiting on delivery. I called them again a few weeks later and was told that it was going to take 6 to 10 months for delivery. Why tell me that they had a tracking number cause it was already shipped if my order never even left the warehouse....
