I switch to T-Mobile yesterday. I was told that I would get reception in my area. I get nothing and I am so angry about this.
And now a couple of weeks later, I received a bill for the billing cycle. When I called about this bill, I was told that I was responsible for paying for the cycle where I received no service on my phone—after I was told that I would have service in my area. Terrible business practices. I will certainly not recommend...
