This place is amazing, I come here almost every single week to buy games and consoles and I have to say that I'd pick this place over some major company such as Gamestop any day. Their customer service is astonishing and their selection of games is like no other. Not only that but they offer their store as a spot for birthday parties which is a genius idea as they get some games and tables out and "BAM" instant children's birthday party. They even have snacks and drinks set up on the side for when they have events and stuff. You can go here to get board and card games too. Along with game die, and whatever else you need for your card/board game collection. It's the perfect place to browse and check out if you need older games and consoles along with all the new consoles that are constantly in stock. They have such a large variety of consoles and games ranging from the 80s-2020s. If you need anything, consoles, games, cords for your consoles, cards, then this is the ideal place to go. Mike, the guy that owns it is very nice too and cool to talk to.

A fantastic business, The staff were quick and friendly, Alexis was very knowledgeable about 40k and helped me make a purchase that I am 100% satisfied. Along with good prices and constant updates on orders I literally could not ask for better service and I will continue to do business with Games-A-Plunder

What an awesome store! Stopped in last week for the first time and was very impressed. This store had an amazing DnD selection, from classic stuff up to just about every licensed 5e product available. There was a big Chessex display full of awesome dice sets and play mats. They also had a huge selection of MTG and Warhammer stuff. There was an additional corner of the store that looked to be filled with even more trading card games that I am less familiar with. The entire back section is retro & brand new video games and consoles. When I was there they had an N64, an SNES and a Sega core system for very reasonable money, tons of controllers, charger cords, and replacement parts. It even looked they were doing rentals on some of the stuff! The kid at the counter (whose name I should have asked for) did a phenomenal job showing me around and was incredibly polite. All in all I was incredibly surprised and impressed with the quality of this store. I know it can be a few bucks cheaper and a little easier to order some of this stuff on line, but places like this deserve and need your support, as real quality game stores are a dying breed. If you are in the area or live in the valley definitely stop by and give this place some business, you will not be...

Now this is my idea of customer service!

A few weeks before Christmas, I stopped in here and purchased a video game for my girlfriend. A 30 year old game for the NES. Come Christmas day, we set up the game unit, and the cartridge doesn't work. The next day, I called the store, and they said they'd see if they had another copy and put it aside. We live an hour away, so we didn't get there until almost a week later. We walk in, I explain who I am, and he reaches under the counter, pulls out a second copy of the game and hands it over, with an apology. Looking over the first cartridge, he notes that it probably needed a better cleaning. Again, this is a 30 year old cartridge. I accepted the risk that it might not work when I bought it. But they made good on it with no fuss.

On top of that, we found a great selection of both electronic games (and systems) as well as card games and paper-based role-playing games. And I love their practice of allowing others to set up mini-stores within...
