Extremely BAD Customer Service by ALL TEAM, our company purchased a set of gondola and the a part was damaged during delivery (UPS’s fault 50% and HSF 50% as poor wrapping) the issue was immediately reported by us to our Sale contact Guillermo “Gil” Perez, since day exact day he never respond or answers my call with information, then after a week UPS came to pickup the damage part and we gave back, Friday last week the store received the damage PART BUT was missing the bottom part (SHOE) that is part of the whole piece but was not shipped, than I spoke with Thomas at Warehouse and he will say that shoe will be shipped and I request to be shipped with next day and no one respond, answers call, etc. I REALLY DON’T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL, SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND...

I left a message. NEVER HEARD BACK. Called the next week on a Wednesday. Same thing ,sent to the same voicemail , NEVER got a call back.
