IS FROM THE STONE AGE. THEY CANNOT LOOK UP PAST CUSTOMERS BY NAME AND SEE ALL OF YOUR MULTIPLE ORDERS YOU HAVE SENT. POOR COMMUNICATIONS ... AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ONCE AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN A FAMILY MEMBER DID NOT GET THEIR GIFT THIS YEAR ... CALLED TWICE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS DELIVERED AND GOT A TRACKING NUMBER ... AFTER RESEARCH ... IT WAS IN ILLINOIS AND NOT PASADENA CALIFORNIA ... THEY NEXT DAY I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE GOING TO SEND OUT ANOTHER CHEEESE GIFT .... JANUARY 2, 2017 AND STILL NO CHEESE.... I WONDER IF THEY EVER HEARD OF THE TILLAMUCK CHEESE CO. IN OREGON? .... GUESS WHO WE ARE GOING TO SWITCH TO .... MY ADVICE TO THE OWNERS .... BUY NEW COMPUTERS, GET NEW SOFTWARE, AND SHOP YOUR OWN COMPANY YOU MAY LEARN SOMETHING! ADIOS! ... * (note) Now they claim we supplied the wrong address .. nope! ... Read moreI’ve been going to this place forever since I’ve been a little girl. I absolutely love the cheese and never leave there without spending a few hundred dollars. It’s quite a drive for us. Yesterday they had the restrooms blocked off with display signs in front of it. Would not let us use the bathroom due to covid. Now explain to me what this has to do with covid? Why wouldn’t you want people to have access and to wash their hands? It was just frustrating and we had to leave and come back. I look forward to going there the one clerk wasn’t very friendly I saw things extremely overpriced. Dog biscuits for example I buy and pay 7.00 for they were almost 12.00. You can go to Sprague’s down the road exact same ones 7.00. I do have to say the clerk that cashed us out was a sweetheart very friendly and helpful. My recent transaction was in the past couple of weeks, I had my daughter with me and talked this up about Cuba cheese. My family are cheesse peoples. I was very unimpressed by what has happened to one of my favorite places. Just to let you know, I live 6 hours away, and have made a point of getting products from your store. But after seeing the way you have changed things,, what I raved about for years is gone. So sorry, that the chesse selection's were not there. I did get the favorites of my family.
