Like Corey said, if I could give this location zero stars, I would. I went today to exchange a pair of flip flops. The rubber tread started separating from the upper. Even though I could not locate the receipt, I had the card I used to buy them, and they looked practically new because they were only a month old. When I got to the store, I was told a manger would have to approve the return. That's reasonable. Enter Xander (asst mgr) who tells me in a blasé voice "there's not much we can do..." I reply, "well. you can give me another pair, because these are practically new..". He responds, "I dunno... they look pretty worn to me..." (They didn't). Not proud of my next move, but I drop the shoes, said I'd never spend another dollar there and walked out. As a parting shot, he says "OooKayee"... So, called him an a-hole. I know, uncalled for... but this was so wrong, and he really was being awful about it. Btw, I found the receipt, purchased 7/8/22... I am writing this on 8/20/22... I guess $20 gets you 1 month 12 days of very light use as far as ON flip flops...

The store is neatly laid out, but I picked out a dress on the sale rack with other dresses and when I went to pay she told me that dress wasn't on sale. Because the dress was on the back of the rack I was supposed to know it wasn't part of the sale. This has happened with other clothing as well. This particularly time the employee was just as frustrated as I was, so it must have been a corporate decision not just a store...
