Very disappointed in the service I was not even able to receive. I made an appointment to get my screen repaired on my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I made an appointment, went in the next day to have a tech look at my phone. The tech looked at my phone, and said to come back tomorrow and they will be all set up to work on my device. I show up the next day, and I get told that they are not able to work on Samsung devices yet and they called everyone with a Samsung repair, but did not call me as I was not put in the system. I was told that they would be ready next week to work on it and to reach out via email for an update. Fast forward 4 weeks, and I am still waiting to get my phone repaired, and have not had an employee reach back out to me via email. I emailed the manager and have not had a reply for 3 weeks. Read moreI brought my father tonight and had appointment. We got there and didn’t wait long at all. The gentleman that did our appointment was Dante. I just wanted to say we need a lot more Dante’s in this world. He was professional, easy to talk to and helpful. He took his time and was wonderful. We hear way too many complaints not enough good. He deserves to get a compliment. I dreaded the appointment because in past we were rushed and no personality. Read moreBuyer beware. We scheduled a service appt twice and the technician never came. They don’t keep parts in stock, so expect your service call to take much longer than anticipated. Very little respect for the fact that customers may have to take time off of work to be home for one of these service appts, which they don’t show up for.
