Terrible experience. Awful
Edited to respond: This man is delusional. My kids visit driving ranges and golf on actual courses weekly so they are as experienced as a six year old can be when it comes to golf. When we needed to use the bathroom I went to go inside because I asked ahead of time if there was a restroom. He told us to wait outside so he could turn the water on and that I needed to “wait for instructions” so we did without a problem. Their first swing on the mini golf course was far from a full swing and almost laughable that he would say that. I told my son to take it seriously and gave them a warning that the owner was a little crazy so we need to be good listeners. He ran over insisting that he show him how to play and I explained to him that he knows how to putt and I already addressed him hitting it too hard (it landed on the green for the record). He offered to give my money back and I happily accepted because he made my kids feel terrible from his attitude towards us the second we got there. I said all they wanted to do for their birthday was mini golf and he made it a terrible experience.. that is all I said about their birthday. No need to ban us, we won’t be returning and I recommend anyone with children find somewhere else to go, no matter how experienced they are. I would take every one of his responses to negative review with a grain of salt, he...
Read moreNot much to say about this place but it does the job. My son likes to go to the batting cages here. It’s an older token system. You see the guy in the shop we usually do $20 and we get 5 tokens. My son doesn’t play anymore but he likes to hit the ball around every not and then. There’s always someone there to help. The machine we were using jammed and the arm was making the throwing motion but the balls weren’t coming out. The gentleman which was the own as he’s the one on the website came out and was able to get it moving and he turned the machine back on so that my son could get his token worth that was missed. Me and the wife would like to maybe take a few swings on some gold balls. There’s always people there supporting. It’s the only place of its kind like yes there are ranges on the golf courses in the area but this is more focused on range stuff. With some updating I think this place could be 5 stars. There is also mini golf here if...
Read moreThis place really went downhill. Took my wife here for a fun anniversary outing, as we used to come here years ago. The young man working there wouldn't let anyone in the building for some reason. We bought batting cage tokens, and he didn't give us helmets or bats, so I barged in and got them. When we were done with the cages, we asked for two large baskets of balls for the driving range, but he said we could only buy medium because there wasn't enough time left to hit all the balls in the large buckets (he sold someone else a large bucket right after us). He gave us two puny, old, beat up 3 woods. I told him we needed drivers, he said he didn't know what that was and that he didn't know anything about golf. He works at a driving range...I told him it's the one with the big head. He gives me one sized for a 4 foot child. It was a terrible outing, killed the mood of the...
