Food: Everything is made to order. No menus. Just go up and ask what you want. The food is always fresh. The chefs work fast and accurately.

Service: Everyone is kind and friendly. They usually repeat the order back to you to ensure its correct.

Traffic: The front parking lot is a little dangerous. It gets really busy. Usually people park near the grass on the left hand side and a few times I witnessed close call collisions. if you have kids park around the right to the back of the building; unless you're concerned about the patroleum tank

Gean sausage, cold cuts, probably the best potato salad, cole slaw, and baked beans in the Hudson Valley. You can ask for specific thickness for smokes pork chops and they are great! They have a hot dog alternative - Majoram sausage - and everyone prefers them to beef/pork hot dogs. There are so many interesting things at the East Fishkill and Hopewell stores. We go weekly to stock up. Pay cash to save...

First time there....food was very good! I had bbq chicken sandwich..my husband had the bbq pork with German potato salad...both sandwiches were delish!! They also have a deli..but unfortunately I don't look to see what they had...maybe next time...they have some seating inside and a bit more on the outside patio with a covering for...
