I jumped the gun and gave 5 stars. My experience at first with don was great and I thought I got a steal for my washer and dryer. I paid extra for delivery as I do not have a truck or the man power to get them to my house. They delivered to my house and when we installed the next day (had that done professionally) neither the washer or dryer worked. They did deliver a new set but it took another 5 days before they did that. The men who delivered also installed it which made me happy because in the event of any issues I didnt want it to be placed on me for not installing correctly. Well that was an all day ordeal as he left for hours and didnt return until almost 6 pm because he needed a part for the dryer. We go to do laundry and the drain and spin cycle doesnt work on the washer however the dryer thankfully does work. We tried everything the online manual recommended, with a small load and still, doesnt work. When I call a woman answers and had a bad attitude on the phone with me. No apologies were given, just a bad attitude like i was inconveniencing her and was told we put too many clothes in (we didn't and how do you know that?) and then that we needed to move the clothes around (again tried that however you should not need to move clothes around mid cycle on a "working", washer). They did provide a refund which I'm thankful for but now im out 50 bucks for the delivery which I will need for another delivery service for a washer so that sucks. When I asked when they were coming to pick it up I was told to just put it to the curb 🙄 . If you claim you know this works why would you want us to just toss it to the curb?? Pretty disappointed and frustrated as we are a family of 4 and have no time for the laundry mat and here I am 9 days later still unable to do laundry. I wish a better remedy had been offered other than refunding and putting it to the curb and while I appreciate the replacements to begin with I wish it was done MUCH faster to determine that it wasnt going to work anyway so i could have purchased another set elsewhere sooner or at bare minimum, received an apology when I called. Maybe I just got unlucky but I defi itely would not recommend going here for a washer and dryer as they are clearly not actually tested and serviced before sale...

To be honest this is a great place to get appliances for cheap if you do not have much money and need something quick! Unfortunately I ran into a small problem, after buying my washer and dryer i found out i bought a gas dryer when i needed an electric. That is totally my fault, called the owner and they switched it out for me no problem! Costumer service would definitely get 5 stars, unfortunately i am rating 2 stars because when i got the new dryer it was grinding really loud! They told me everything was cleaned and tested, i took the back panel off and vacuumed so much lint it was crazy then as I’m watching trying to see where the grinding is coming from the frame was actually not bolted in at all so the dryer was actually just spinning and grinding metal on metal. i didn’t bother calling because i already went there twice to get a new dryer! Thankfully i fixed it and bolted everything back up runs like new now but the knob is stripped and i don’t know what setting it is on! But it obviously was not tested or cleaned before sold to me. Now the washer, worked good at first but a few days later after i bought it i noticed every time it was spinning it was super loud and ended up finding out it had a bad bearing! Not anything that’s going to cause it not to wash just super loud and annoying so i left it as time went on it started saying error code UL (unbalanced load) and will not complete a single cycle. I put 2 towels in to test it and ran it on the smallest load setting and it still will not work! I purchased a dryer on March 8th. My original dryer had stopped working and with a household of 4 plus a baby I decided to try and get something from what I thought was a reputable place. The second week of April the dryer stopped heating. I did not have a chance as a busy mom to call. I reached out to them yesterday (04/21/21) and asked if they could look up my receipt because I did not have mine handy at the moment. They lady told me she would look into and call me back in a few... never did. I had my husband call today (04/22/21) and she told him that my warranty was over and she could give us the info on a repair person but we would have to pay. I totally understand about the warranty but it seems horrible that the dryer I spent almost $300 on stopped working about 45 days after I purchased it. Seems a little fishy to me and horrible that as a business they are not willing to help out. That's a lot of money to spend on a product for it to stop heating all of a sudden!
