We went today and paid using the Starbucks app. Had $25 in credit, and the woman that always calls everyone “sunshine” charged us twice. She said we still owed $3 and some change. (2 drinks is not $28.) She refused to admit that she double charged us, and then made comments about how we don’t “understand how it works.” We pulled up the payment history on the Starbucks app and sure enough, we were charged twice. Read moreThis is hands down the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to — and I’ve been to a lot. Doesn’t matter if it’s busy or completely empty, you’re going to wait 15+ mins. The drive-thru is painfully slow, and to make it worse, they put signs like “No espresso (hot or iced)” AFTER you pull in, so you’re already stuck in. Why not put the sign where people can actually see it before committing to the drive-thru? Makes zero sense and wastes everyone’s time....
