Do not use this florist! I called from out of town based on Google reviews. Ordered a flower arrangement for a milestone birthday. I called flower a day the next day to make sure they were delivered. The driver had dropped the $100 arrangement on the porch and left. When I did speak to someone at flower a day, they did not admit to the drop off, I had to ask them if the flowers were handed to anyone and they said no. Flower a Day still didn't inform me they were left overnight I had to ask! Otherwise I don't think they would have admitted to it. The excuse? The driver is new. No call, he went there again, manager out sick. He went back 2 days later to be told nothing they can do for him. So they made him waste money all because they flat out lied to him about color and didn't seem to care about experience. I told him to never go back there because I don't like how they run things and lie to...
