Island Ship Center — Local services in Town of Grand Island

I initially used Island Ship Center's freight holding service for Canadians to import a bucket seat for my car. Setting up ISC as the ship-to address and coordinating with Fahim's team to notify them of the incoming package was a breeze thanks to their awesome customer service.

I got a notification email when it arrived at their facility, I got my package with no issues, and they were kind enough to let me inspect the package in their shop before signing for it. Best part? All this was only 3 USD. For a 30-something LB bucket seat. Absolutely incredible value.

A few days later, ISC came to the rescue when I needed a receiver for Next Day AM delivery on a Saturday. Not only did ISC facilitate receipt of the package at 5:00PM on a Friday night, but Fahim personally came down before they opened for the day on Saturday in order to make sure that the UPS driver would release the package directly to me. He even bought me a cup of coffee and some breakfast to keep me warm during the wait.

I got my emergency delivery promptly and completely intact. I am absolutely blown away by the dedicated, professional, and empathetic service provided by Island Ship Center and I can't recommend them enough. Fahim and his team truly go above and beyond for their customers, and I will be using them for all of my shipping needs.

So grateful to Jasmine and the team at Island Ship Centre for helping me with a very important Santa gift this Christmas! After an Amazon 3rd party carrier failed to get me my gift on time, I had to scramble to buy another table top ping pong table - my children’s only request from Santa. Available only in the US so close to Christmas, Jasmine at Island Ship Centre helped me to arrange to have the large, heavy package shipped to them. She effectively communicated with me throughout the process and ensured that I was notified by another team member when the package arrived on her day off. Picking up the package was easy, just a short 15 min trip over the Rainbow Bridge. Fahim kindly loaded the package into my car within just a couple of minutes of arriving. It was a seamless process and I’m very thankful for their support. My kids were thrilled on Christmas morning. The looks on their faces made the trip worthwhile. My fiancé and I ordered our wedding invitations from the Island Ship Center! They were so accommodating, sat with me for over an hour looking at different samples. They were the only place that had actual books of invitations to look through. Most other places had you look online which is not the same as in seeing and touching an invitation in person. Seema was so helpful and gave great advice throughout the process. We choose an invitation we loved, but the company no longer made that invitation. We were very disappointed, but Seema said she would design an invitation incorporating everything we were looking for. She even shopped around for the cheapest price. They also arrived in plenty of time. Our invitations were exactly what we wanted! We have gotten so many compliments on our invitations from our friends and family. They all comment on how beautiful and elegant they turned out. I couldn’t be happier and will continue to use Island ship center for all my printing needs...
