I ordered an arrangement for a family funeral online. The photo and description stated "Lavender and blue flowers in a royal blue vase." I appreciate a monochromatic arrangement without it being all white. As you can see, what was delivered to the funeral home in no way represented what was ordered. I absolutely understand that not all flowers are available at all times of the year and expect to see some substitutions. When I spoke with Sherry, the owner, her only response was to repeat over and over and over "substitution of flower color and type are possible - it says it all over the web site." She admitted she was very overwhelmed with work and couldn't keep up with her website and deliveries. I felt bad for her dilemma but caution anyone ordering online that, no matter how careful you are with your selection, don't expect her floral design to be representative of what you wanted.

In response to the owner’s reply: I am not trying to hurt your business. I look heavily at reviews when I place an online order and always appreciate the opinions of others who have used the service. I was not mean nor flippant in my review and only described my experience. I have ordered many flowers over the internet and, even though substitutions are made in the flowers, they always come out at least representing the design ordered. I will let the photos speak for themselves. And in case anyone is wondering, the on-line photo represented the exact piece I ordered and the second photo was taken at the funeral home on the day the flowers were delivered. Sherry said the wilting was due to the funeral home not watering the piece upon arrival – apparently, they don’t come pre-watered. I’m glad that your business has not had any other bad reviews – or is it just that they’ve been taken down at your repeated request. One of our best decisions for our 10/10/2020 wedding was hiring Magnolia Floral Design. Sherri went above and beyond to make our day special.

When we first met with Sherri, she stayed late just to accommodate our work schedules. She sat down with us in her beautiful store and took her time to find about our thoughts on the floral arrangements for the wedding. She offered great insight and took the time to pull flowers from her cooler to show us how different flowers would look together.

She was so flexible due to Covid-19 changes in our wedding and she even met with us a few extra times with a smile.

Most importantly on the day of our wedding, Sherri came very early, looked very professional, and did such a beautiful job creating our arch for the ceremony, the bridal party bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, unity candle piece, decorating our cake, decorating the aisle seats, adding flowers to the centerpieces, and being amazing moral support. She even made us a free little bridal toss bouquet!

Sherri outdid herself and was so helpful to have on the day of the wedding!
