I paid my deposit in November for my child's party the week they opened. They called me a week before the birthday party to reschedule because they overbooked. I refused because THATS NOT MY PROBLEM! They called again a few days later to confirm party date/time, number of children that will attend the party and colors of table cloth preferred. The day of the party I arrived 15 minutes early because they offered 20 minutes to set the room up before guest arrive. The room was trashed from the previous party. No one was cleaning the room when we arrived. The person that brought us in the room was very stand-offish and rushing to "clean" she did not sanitize a thing just took the trash off tables. I was told I would have blue plastic table covers for the tables they did not have that. We did not get the full time in the room because of the room being dirty. After setting up I was informed I never checked in which is why there was a delay in getting the socks/ stickers for the children. I asked them if I didn't check in how did I get into the room? They never erased the previous party child's name off the dry eraser board on the door so several guest could not locate where we were. I went to ask for a marker and they stated they did not have one.... so the door said "Happy Birthday Mickey" which threw everyone off. I took my finger and erased the board. The host never helped with passing out pizza/cutting the cake/ giving out ice cream/waters. The fridge only had 5 waters when there was 14 kids!!!! I was never offered a cart for gifts/food/party supplies not even cups.. I had to keep requesting things I needed, We were NOT a priority. When I gave my feedback I was given two free 1 hour jumping pass as if that adds up for the time lost in the room, bad service and the 400 dollars I paid just to book the room. NEVER BOOK A PARTY HERE... its literally kids "running" the show. So unprofessional. I will stick to Altitude....
Read moreHad my son’s birthday party here this past Friday and let’s just say they won’t be seeing me again Pros: The place was clean although the bathroom smelled horrible. Your able to bring outside food for your party which can come in handy because your not able to add more pizza to your party on the day it seems like a pretty cool place Cons: The price is a joke for the amount of money I paid staff was rude taping kids on their shoulder to tell them get off the floor their time is up I have a two year old me and my friend tried to jump with our toddlers and again staff chased us down telling us we had to get stickers (by the way very unsafe to have kids actual name on the sticker anybody can come in this place and now they know my kids name) I proceeded to explain I’m the parent for a party and my kid has a sticker he told me go to the desk they explained I had to pay for myself if I wanted to jump it was almost time to sing happy birthday so I said never mind I’ll just watch my kid jump as I headed up the stairs before I can even get up there the same rude staff member jumps in my way to say I need a sticker I told him I wasn’t going to jump I just watch my kid after the pizza and happy birthday the kids wanted to jump some more and sadly I had to tell them no because anytime a kid tried to go back on the floor staff would turn them around I didn’t have this problem at altitude so I’ll just keep going there you get more for your money I only give this place 2 stars because I like the bring your own food option and my party host was very nice and understanding crazy because my toddlers bday is in two weeks and we had hoped this place would be as good as we wanted so we can have hers there next but I’ll kindly take my business else where thanks Nova but u have a...
Read moreHosted a birthday party here. As this was my first time coming, it wasn't clear upon entry where to start with the check-in process. There were small desks with computers to the right after you walked in, but the actual main check-in desk was oddly far away from the front door. Walked up to the counter to check in, and the girl working looked as if she didn't want to be there. I said we were there for a birthday party, asked if she wanted the name, but just proceeded to say what room we were in. The party room itself was ok. The walls looked damaged from tape, probably from other parties hanging signs. Went back up to the main ro desk to find out how the party guests had to check in. After getting fragmented information, everyone was finally checked in. The amount of time given with their birthday party package honestly doesn't seem like a enough. Total time is about an hour and 40 mins; 1 hour at the beginning for jumping, and then the last 40 mins is for pizza and ice cream which is included in the package. 1 hour for jumping goes by very fast! Overall everyone had a fun time but the whole process of checking in and receiving info on how the party will go was very fragmented, could have been delivered better at the counter when we...
