I have been following Hali since I found her on Instagram early last spring. I followed her to pop ups (you had to be there v early because things would sell out in MINUTES!) and I have followed her journey opening a store front during a pandemic, facing numerous supply chain issues, marketing obstacles.. you name it.

She supports local charity organizations and has drives right in her store. Despite whatever the world seems to throw at her, professionally or personally, she gives her all to the community and does whatever she can for others. She makes every person that walk in there feel like family. For example, recently on the day of a concert, my outfit of choice didn't go as planned. I went to BB with 2 hours to spare before the concert. I didn't have any friends with me but that didn't matter! Hali helped me pick out not just one, but two perfect outfit choices to wear to the concert so when I got home I had an option of what felt better. When I got home, I realized the zipper was broken on one of the items. Without question, she immediately refunded me for the item and said not to worry, just to enjoy the concert.

Whether it's bills items, boutique looks, or the perfect gift for a close friend/family, BB is the place to go! Support local! Support women owned...

Not one to make a public review but after this whole ordeal I feel like I have to. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a small business. They don’t respond to emails, texts or read their instagram messages. They don’t have a working phone…how convenient. I ordered something on 7/5 and the order finally “ships” on 7/10 with a delivery date of 7/11. USPS website still states that a packing slip has been created and no delivery in site. I can see why she had to close one business since that must be too much to handle. Try focusing on one thing at a time and maybe hire a social media manager who can take care of things like this and talk to people who have issues. Thank God I am able to dispute the charge and I get my money back for something I clearly never received but you just get to keep everyone’s money. I will never support this business ever again. Just be cautious before you buy from here. I will always believe that the 5 star reviews are from family and friends. I should have listened to the other reviews saying their packages were never...

The absolute best boutique to get all of your Buffalo Bills & on trend needs! I have been an avid supporter of Hali long before the boutique opened and she hit the nail right on the head for having this idea! BB is 1000000% worth the drive from wherever you live because she supports and brings in multiple small businesses that specialize in Buffalo Bills gear & accessories. Whatever you need, Hali's got it! She even has her own Buffalo items that she started out her business with along with other trendy boutique items. Being a business owner myself, it is SO wonderful seeing how she supports all of these other businesses and showcases them within the store. Highly recommend this boutique to any Bills fan! But definitely keep your eye on her instagram because things sell out fast! Especially around the season! ...
