U.S. Nails — Local services in Town of Guilderland

Edit - normally I don’t write negative reviews but I’m changing the stars of this particular review because it’s been only two days and my toe nails have chipped and cracked in multiple spots and look horrible now. I have done nothing overly active in the 48 hours since my nails were painted here, I waited for them to fully dry day of and yet I literally woke up this morning to polish flakes in my sheets. I didn’t get gel polish but I usually don’t and yet, this has never happened to me in my entire life even when I’ve painted my own nails. Normally, pedicures from a salon last me a very long time. Im extremely disappointed in the quality of products especially when getting a $34 pedicure. I don’t appreciate my money being wasted in the process.

I received one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had here. Dewy was super friendly and I was super relaxed. I am new to the area and have tried two other places on Western Ave so far and this has been my best experience. I’ll definitely be back to get another pedicure and eventually get my hands done sometime soon. My eyebrow waxing was great too! The staff here...

The photos do it no justice honestly. My nails came out so SO bad and I wasted $50 at US nails. I asked for almond and this is what I got, they were bumpy, way too short, uneven and somehow round almost. She didn't even soak my old nails off that I came in with she ripped them off using another nail. My cuticles and nails weren't touched (no filing, trim) she literally just went straight in with the fake nails after taking off my old ones. Also, not photographed but there was powder mixed with other nail stuff left under my nails and skin after she finished.

She was extremely stern and somehow ended up being the one upset when I asked her to take them off and for a refund. 0/10 overall, save yourself the time and money do...

Overpriced and do a horrible job literally go somewhere else and get a better job done. This was $65 all because they put chrome when I never asked them to and had charged me $15 for almond shape that’s not even shaped properly. Gave me the nastiest attitude when I spoke up. They had fixed the air bubbles and scratches that were on my nails before however even that can’t fix the mess. You tell me these are definitely not worth $65. You will think they are cheap until they triple the price on you. Insanity. Save your money and buy press ons. I am sure even $20 press ons are better than this. Also I never asked for chrome and when I said I don’t want it she insisted on them because they were...
