Honestly the shredded chicken barley had flavor. I wasn’t going to complain before eating I needed something to eat after a long day most people are closed late night so we tried this spot. Salsa isn’t mild at all. It was very bland including the guacamole was just mushy avocado. No onion cilantro or salt… just needs a lot of tlc to compete with other restraints in the area & care a slight more about how you’re preparing the food. $30 for two quesadillas that I didn’t feel like a photo was needed for••• I’m from south Florida where Authentic cuisine’s is very common. Alright but let me tell you about this fooooood! This food will send you back in time to sitting your grandmas house on the floor of the kitchen while she’s cooking and giving you taste tests of the food along the way. The maduros alone sent me back so far I walked out of there as my 7 year old self. All of it is delicious, all priced so well, and the women that owns it is the most top shelf person I’ve met in a while. She was kind to my family and I definitely will be going back. Awesome Puerto Rican food.

Empanadas are…. so good.

Buffalo chicken is my favorite, but all are made with love by chef Marina Rodriguez, who you can tell is passionate about her Puerto Rican background.

Thoroughly enjoyed the fried plantains and then for dessert, i got the flan, which was phenomenal.
