WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Beautiful showroom, knowledgable/friendly staff, and such an amazing array of inventory. I had went in years ago and bought a pair of diamond earrings for my wife. Marcella spent about an hour going through the "4 C's" of diamonds (cut, color, clarity and carat) basically giving me a free gemology class! She was patient and kept bringing out inventory for me to look at until I found the perfect pair and in my price range, too! I went back about a year later and bought my wife a stunning diamond tennis bracelet. This time I was taken care of by Helen. Equally as knowledgeable and friendly! They also took the time and showed me their online inventory too! Which was in the thousands of items including a ton of great vintage and antique pieces, too! After having several poor interactions with the larger chain stores, I realized there was no where I rather purchase fine jewelry (and coins/paper money and collectibles) than from Roman Jewels. I went back and made the ultimate purchase...my wife's engagement ring, and our wedding bands. This time Mandi helped me and let me tell you! She knows how to make a sale. The right way! No pressure, unlimited patience and a true understanding of what the customer wants. Furthermore they don't just sell jewelry...they have coins and collectibles, too! Bobby is another wonderful addition to this place too, with vast knowledge of coins/paper money, collectibles and rare watches! Got myself a nice 18k omega watch and some Morgan silver dollars for when my kids get a visit from the tooth fairy :) Truly a wonderful, honest and trustworthy place of business. Would recommend (if you couldn't tell) 10/10 to anyone!...
Read moreRoman Jewelers SUCK!! THEY DONT STAND BY THERE WORK AND THEY THINK THEYRE BETTER THAN YOU. Got a beautiful ring 7 years ago. No problems till I got it sized. 2 months later the emerald fell out. Prongs weren't fixed properly. $200 later for a new stone and the prongs were still catching. Got a second opinion and the prongs fixed. As best he could. The new stone is totally flawed. Cracks and light going threw it. So I go back to Roman Jewels and Bobby said to me "unless you have $20,000 for a flawless emerald there's nothing I can do for you. " The prongs are catching again too. It's bad enough they don't stand by there work but to try to make it your fault and to treat you stupid is...
Read moreVery very very rude older man working there. Went in to look at engagement rings, wanted a specific shape that they did not have up front. The kind lady helping me turned to ask another lady behind the counter if they had any in the back that she wasn’t aware of.. the older man VERY rudely and loudly turns to her, puts his finger up and says you need to wait your turn, we are with another customer.. practically rolling his eyes. The way he talked to this poor woman just trying to help out me.. aka another customer... was disgusting. I thanked her, and said it was okay, no need to bother the man again and I walked out. Trust me, I will not return.. and I will not recommend anyone...
