Labella Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Town of Halfmoon

My friend and I were starving and craving mouth watering food. We stumbled upon grubhub and this place was one of the many recommended to us. it seem like a reasonable delivery estimate for the food that it had and honestly I was willing to pay the amount that we paid for for garlic bread and cheese with poppers ( mind u it’s only two quick fix items). The order came in sooner than expected and of course we were happy with this because of how hungry we were. I opened the poppers containers and was welcomed with grease soaking the bottom. That’s fine because it’s fast food right? WRONG. I bit into a grease filled popper and thought it was okay to wash it down with chunky Marinara sauce ( probs generic). I thought I would be better off with garlic bread but immediately regretted biting into it because it was just ramen noodle seasoning in stale bread with a side of high blood pressure. That’s okay because I was of course STARVING (and now have a headache from high salt intake) and was very disappointed in the less than mediocre experience I had. I placed a order online and the website was acting funny so i called to confirm it went through. They informed me their internet was down so it hadnt come through. The guy seemed very confused on how to handle this and hung up on me. I called back because my account shows the charge. After about 10 minutes of explaining this he took down my order and hung up again. I called again because he didnt ask if i wanted pickup or delivery or give me a timeframe, i ordered delivery online. This time he got a woman on the phone who just kept cursing at the computer for being down. It was left as if they were going to make and deliver my order. I get a call a hour later that the internet came back and they didnt get my order. So i explained again how it shows the charge and i asked if they had started making the food. An hour after they took my order over the phone they didnt even make the food. Then they continued to tell me there was nothing they could do about the charge on my card since they dont see the order. The guy was very injudicious and rude. He hung up on me multiple times, when he would put the phone down hed come back and ask “pickup or delivery” like i was a new caller and he forgot he was trying to figure out the issue with my order. Better than Caputos, better than venezias, better than Clifton Park Pizza, Brookes Pizza, I LOVE NY Pizza, Labellas is THE BEST pizza&pasta location I have found in my 20 years living in Clifton Park. I have tried pizza and other dishes from every one of the shops in Clifton Park, all of them compared to Labellas are either too greasy, not enough/right flavor, cheap ingredients/stomach ache, overpriced or a combination of the latter. LABELLAS IS THE BEST They taste PERFECT, never felt anything besides comfort when and after eating the food, always good service and never made super greasy or overpriced. I have been to this store over 50 times now, only had delivery 3 times, so take this review with a grain of salt like all reviews BUT know that it comes with much evidence. I have read through every negative review and not a single one is what I have ever experienced at Labellas. TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWERS: No the staff does not flirt with the "counter girl of the month", and I have seen the same cashier young lady for a year or more now. No they are not inattentive, as soon as they finish the person they are ALREADY helping on the phone when you walk in, they stab the ticket order, send it to the kitchen and get right to asking you what you want.
