This place is absolutely amazing!! from the first day I came here the service has been incredible hence why I’ve been coming here everyday since then 😅

... that being said I don’t understand why some people AKA @Marissa Seneca feel the need to make remarks regarding the age of the staff and prices of the drinks. The staff does their job and they do it well, their age is none of your damn concern. The prices are reasonable for the quality you receive which is why regulars continue to come in day after day regardless of the price. If the prices are too high then go to McDonald’s no ones asking you to...

One of the only Tea shops I visit, other places have a terrible atmosphere and don’t know how to make the drinks properly. Not here! Everyone is fantastic, I am always greeted as soon as I walk in and the people working stop their conversations to take orders. I hate being ignored when I’m about to spend $9 on a tea and I have been at other places. Ideal is literally the best in the area. I live in Schenectady but I work out and work in Malta so this one is my go to when I’m at work or post work out. Love this place...

When I walked in it felt like I was at a high school after school program. There wasn’t an employee over 20. To make matters worse, no staff were wearing masks. I almost backed out and should have. I waited for my shake which I’ve been to many “nutrition” chains around the cap region and not once have I paid over $6 for a shake and they charge $7.50 which is absolutely insane. If I wanted to spend that much I would have and should have went to Starbucks....
