The service is really good. The bud prices are still steep, but everything else is pretty competitive with neighboring states. I picked up a live resin cart for $30 for a half gram and 42 for a half gram of their solventless rosin. So they've stepped up on their pricing for carts and concentrates but not pot yet. I'm sure that price will ease in time. Thanks for bringing concentrates to the medical menu for an affordable rate. I'll return to see how it evolves.

Came back on 4-3-25 for another live resin half gram. This makes 5 now, and I must say the concentrates from live sauce to the rosin are on point with cost and potency. The vibe inside Rise is totally chill. You can see the people that work there enjoy it, and i think that's half the battle or more is to enjoy what you do.

I love some of the staff they are what makes this place great!! But then they also have a couple of bad apples employees that maybe need some additional training or should find different jobs as they will continue to cause profit loss due to their treatment of customers. A grey short haired, skeletor thin, old lady with glasses not sure of her name told me today that I was over my limit of medical marijuana and was unable to purchase their unless i paid taxes.... Now that may be all good if it was extraordinary but its not, Ive bought an ounce a week for the last 3-4 years at this dispenasry and Ive never had a problem before only with this lady. I ended up leaving because of this ladies unprofessionalism and went to Verilife where I was met with friendlier staff !! Better discounts !!! and no limit on medical purchases so I was able to buy 4 ounces with no issues and no tax!! So if you find yourself in the same situation with their staff or attempts to extort medical patients for taxes just remember DO NOT pay the extra taxes and go to VERILIFE !! Friendly staff, beautiful store, frequent discounts, although still pricy for a year after adult rec opened. Thought prices would drop some by now. Maybe a state issue, maybe greed im not sure. I think they could do a better job of stocking local NY growers flower. It seems to be the same list of brands everytime I go in. I wouldn’t mind paying $50 for an eigth of something new thats small batch, fresh, and terpy. Maybe the employee’s cant alter much and don’t have any say in which brands get brought in.
