I'm not big on writing negative reviews, however, I do believe the experience we had deserves one.
Let me start by saying that the service we received in the store was EXCELLENT. Fred took care of us and got us squared away however the positivity ends there.
My parents just purchased a home in Saratoga Springs and purchased a good amount of furniture from R&F and upon delivery their master mirror was damaged or missing (still unsure as to what the issue is) in addition to a rail for the master bed. Delivery was rescheduled for today (8/19/20). We sat around all day waiting for the truck or an update only to receive a message from Lisa around 3:30 stating that some sort of hook for the missing rail was missing and that the truck was going to return to the warehouse (Mind you, my parents are sleeping on a mattress on the floor during this time).
We spoke with Lisa and inquired about the missing hook for the missing rail and the missing mirror - for some reason they weren't able to find the mirror or any notes about the damaged mirror.... Well. Lisa was supposed to call us back in 5 minutes with some answers and we still have yet to receive a call with any updates (it is now 8:31pm). We do expect the mirror and rail to be delivered ASAP as this order was made over a month go and we paid for the delivery option.
Moving onward to a phone call that was made to the sales manager about this issue. As our experience with the very first delivery was mediocre and the 2nd delivery didn't even happen, we ended up cancelling the remainder of our order (who knows how many attempts it would've taken to receive all the furniture in one piece without missing parts). While explaining the issue to the sales manager and requesting the remainder of the order to be cancelled, he cut me off by replying with something along the lines of, "I get it. It's a mess. we don't need to waste any more time talking about it. I'll cancel your order and have Lisa call you with an update on the mirror and hook". WOW. Not even an attempt to save a customer who has spent over 10k in just the last month. My parents and I both run our own businesses and I hope for our businesses' sake we never have a manager who lets a high-dollar spending customer walk away. I would've been tracking down the mirror and hook to deliver those items PERSONALLY if it meant losing a good customer.

We should be enjoying our living room for years to come Sadly, The so called Leather couch cushion started pealing only after a month and a representative from Ray-more and Flanagan showed up and started spraying black paint onto the couch cushion .It stunk so bad I had to leave the room and open the windows and doors. I might mention, I have had part of my lung removed from a cancer operation and this Representative started spraying the couch with this very strong smelling paint. I was in shock! Rather than replacing a table for the second time as the first one was delivered Broken, a representative came to our home from Ray more and Flanagan and again wanted to spray something onto the table we eat off of to make the bubbles shrink and suck back in to the wood. Read moreDan at the store was great and very helpful. My furniture was delivered 2 days later (very timely and appreciated.) Upon inspection of my new furniture, we found a large tear in the bottom felt (not a big deal) and then a small metal wire sticking out of the side that would cut someone/animal if walked against. We also were missing 2 pillows from the set. The delivery crew said that they will be ordered and shipped to us. When I called to tell them about the wire and felt, I wanted to confirm that the pillows had been ordered. They did not have any notes about this being done so again I was told the pillows will be ordered but it will take a while. I received a voicemail from I believe a Lisa trying to schedule a time for a repair employee to come out and fix the metal wire. She left me a voice mail and I returned her call 1st on hold for a long time leading me to hang up. I called again and finally got her voicemail. I stated that I was not available for the day she suggested (today) and would be available on Friday. Just a little while ago I received a call saying that the repair man would be at my house in 15 mins. I told him I never scheduled anything and no one called me back to set this up. I had to tell him I am available on Friday. He told me he would call me later with a time for Friday. I am not satisfied on how this has been going. Sounds like a lot of miscommunication and not organized. Though everyone has been nice and respectful, it is very frustrating when people are not on the same page. I went to Raymour because of the quality/service and spent a good amount of money at the store. The communication is not there and it is upsetting/frustrating.
Update on review. I still have yet to receive my pillows and the store still can not tell me when I will receive them. I asked an associate to have the service center call me and you would have thought it was the end of the world. She agreed to send them an email. I don't understand why it would take over a month to receive 2 pillows....
