Just a quick note regarding my experience with Heather Kolb and Tevington Jewelers in Hamburg, NY. I requested a special build from Heather and I wanted some specific guidance. This was my first time working with Tevington Jewelers and my first encounter with Heather. The build was a reconstruct of a Family Ring with 5 stones. This was a Very Special Ring to begin with. The finished product was to be a Pendent (made from this Ring) attached to a Diamond Cut Rope Necklace. I am thoroughly convinced that Heather is one of the Finest Jewelers I have worked with. My husband Mike surprised me with a beautiful anniversary ring ...it is truly gorgeous..it matches my engagement and wedding band perfectly...we went to pick it out yesterday ...he wanted me to choose what I wanted.and he didn't know what my ring size was....The salesclerk, I believe her name was Heather ,was wonderful...so patient and kind...she knew I was totally in shock...She was fantastic, she even cleaned my wedding rings ...Thank you for a lovely shopping experience, the store is beautiful and I was treated like a queen...I will definitely be doing more business there in the future.
