The owner, Roger Hancock, makes good on all his advertising claims. He sells quality American made furniture at reasonable prices. As a veteran, I appreciated Rogers' claim that veterans never pay sales taxes and it's true. Furthermore, the delivery service was excellent. In the store Roger said that delivery of our new mattress set would be Saturday between 6 and 7 pm. Saturday at 6 they called to say they would be there in 20 to 30 minutes. They pulled into the driveway at 6:35. Roger and his assistant moved some of our furniture that was in the way , removed the old mattress set and installed the new one . Then they moved the obstructing furniture back. The plastic wrap and our old mattress set were put in their truck to be hauled away. I'm 80 and was dreading hauling the old set to the transfer station. I knew we were in good hands when they took off their shoes before entering our home. A lucky find this place is. We had looked around and online, no luck, until here we found a specific Country style sofa set we wanted, nobody else had, and unbelievably the one we wanted was here. It was ordered and custom built for us by Lancer Inc (very high quality) and selected among 1,000's of fabric and patterns. It's been almost a year and we couldn't be happier! We selected firm cushions too, so satisfied. The presence of quality is apparent. There's an amazing selection of furniture here, Roger was helpful, and as a Veteran I received a discount. Not only did I help them unload a truck when I was looking for a couch. I also had to help them unload said couch in my home. Then 2yrs later this 1800 got stuck up in the air. After weeks of back n forth which I knew what the issue was....finally got a part that I had to pay for and install myself. For American made I felt like I got better service at RAYMORE AND FLANAGAN.....WHICH I HATE. The old couple who probably opened the store in the 70's need help to get the store in order and to help customers experience and satisfaction.
