I sent two pictures via email as inspo to create some prom flowers for my daughter and her date. I specified he wanted a coral flower. I requested they use the colors in the tie photo for the arrangements. The colors were coral and pinks with greens. I got all white flowers that really looked old. I had to remove all the outside petals within 24 hours just to make it work. I had to find and add flowers that were colors I originally requested. I paid $60 for all white flowers with baby's breath that is, you guessed it, also....white. Why on earth would I send pictures of a tie if I wanted nothing but white flowers? When I visited a month prior I was told the corsage would be on a slap bracelet. This corsage was on thin elastic and was wobbly. The fat stem was visible I do not know why.

I will say if you go into the shop you are handled very differently than if you are out of town trying to order them over the phone. I was in there months prior and the young girl with dark hair was superb. She was excited to have me in there and was incredibly helpful.

No phone call was placed, no delivery to neighbor. They were just left there. Needless to say the roses were burnt and wilted. When I called to report they were left in the 90 degree sun I was told it was only 85 in Hamburg, 😡 and that the delivery was at noon. It was 5:30 when I found them. No apology, no resolution. So I marched the flowers in at my first convenience and was told the owner wasn’t there but he’d call me.” They should have never been left there”. Owner calls,”No cash refunds, they only look bad because you brought them in 4 days later . Apparently 2 dozen roses SHOulD be dead 4 days later??!!! “ I’ll credit your account”. Why would I ever want to do business with this company again?! They are an embarrassment to the flower businesses that surround...
